LANDING AND SORTING

Plymouth Trawler Agents Limited takes full care and control of your catch from point of landing on the quay to point of despatch to buyers after the auction.

All fish is sorted and graded for size and quality to EU standards where applicable.
Many species of fish are machine graded ensuring accurate sizes and batch weights.

Fish is entered in the system via hand-held computers and tactile screens linked to scales.
As the fish is being entered, a catalogue is being compiled which registered buyers can access for pre-sale information.
